Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by
Trust DNA Testing, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") to
clients ("you" or "your"). By using our services, you agree
to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer non-invasive DNA testing services including but not limited to
paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparent, infidelity, immigration,
postmortem, twin zygosity, gender reveal, and relationship testing. Results are
provided for informational or legal use based on the type of test selected.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information and test results are
handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy
laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We are not
responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Payment Terms

At Trust DNA Testing, LLC, all appointments require full payments at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
All services must be paid in full at the time of collection unless otherwise
stated. Payments are non-refundable after 24 hours prior to appointment time and once the sample has been collected.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you decide to cancel, this test will only be partially refundable. It is non-refundable after 24 hours prior to appointment time and once samples are taken. 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before appointment to be eligible for a reschedule (No Refunds). 

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to appear (No show), your payment will be forfeited. 

Rescheduling request must be made by phone, text or email. Only one reschedule is permitted per paid appointment.

Refunds:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been received.

If Trust DNA Testing must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the next available appointment at no additional charge.

Late Arrivals: 

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule. Late
cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the
amount paid for the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
the state in which Trust DNA Testing, LLC operates.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Trust DNA Testing, LLC reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, harassment, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with company policies. This includes in-person, mobile, and virtual appointments.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted
on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
